Caught in mid-air, frozen in place
Overflowing power reined in by frigid facts.
Unrelenting
Going nowhere, until the sun dictates.
Waterfall’s icicles, solidified strength
Stalagtites paralyzed by nature’s force.
Standing silent
Till tomorrow, when the torrent resumes.
